Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped usually the same day before 3:00 p.m. during a business week. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our Shipping carrier. Our online inventory is automatically updated as orders are placed. If the availability of any item in your order has changed, we will notify you of any backordered items promptly. LEDtitan.com will ship partial orders unless otherwise specified. If we do not hear from you with you within 3 business days, we will ship the rest of your items and close your order. If the customer refuses a shipment the customer will be required to pay for that shipment. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified. UPS ground usually takes 5 to 7 days.

LEDtitan.com also provides 2nd day and next day UPS delivery options.

Refund

If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied, please email LEDtitan.com within 30 days of your purchase date, LEDtitan.com will refund the entire purchase price of the product less shipping and handling. The product warranty period is shown for each product in the product detail page. Please email LEDtitan.com and LEDtitan.com will repair or replace the product.

The customer is required to contact LEDtitan.com via email immediately for a valid return authorization number for each item returned. LEDtitan.com will not process any return to LEDtitan.com that does not have a valid return authorization number issued by LEDtitan.com. The customer will be required to pay for shipping of the returned items and the items that are shipped back to the customer.

Incorrect or Missing Product Shipped (IPS)

The customer is required to verify the original ordered products when the order is placed, via email confirmation. If the customer does not contact LEDtitan.com by email after 1 day the customer has verified and accepts that the order is correct. The customer has up to 3 days after receiving the order to notify LEDtitan.com via email of any incorrect or missing product than what was ordered on the original order. If the product in the order is not what is on the confirmed order or the product is missing, the customer is required to contact LEDtitan.com immediately via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) for each item that has incorrect or missing product. Upon approving the RMA request, LEDtitan.com will email the RMA form with the RMA number to the customer. Customer is required to completely fill out the RMA from and return to LEDtitan.com. Upon approval, LEDtitan.com will send a Return Shipping Label via email so to have the product returned. Upon inspection of the returned item/s LEDtitan.com will ship the correct items at no cost to the customer. Products marked with NCNR "Non Cancelable Non Returnable" are not returnable for credit. Products that are marked with NCNRNW "Non cancelable Non Returnable Non Warranty" on the order product description are not returnable for credit, repair or replacement.

Defective or Broken Product Shipped (DPS)

Customer has up to 5 days after receiving the order to notify LEDtitan.com via email of any defective or broken product. Customer is required to contact LEDtitan.com immediately via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) for each item that is defective or broken. LEDtitan.com tests every LED Light before it is shipped so please verify that your product is defective or broken before contacting LEDtitan.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form for each order that is defective or broken. The (RMA) is valid for 15 days from date of issue. The customer pays the shipping costs for the broken or defective product to LEDtitan.com. If the receiving date of the returned product is past the 15 days when the (RMA) was issued the return authorization will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping to return the product back to the customer. If the returned product is found to be defective by LEDtitan.com the customer will get credit on the shipping amount up to the original shipping cost of the order. Customer will receive credit for faulty or broken or defective product. (RMA) processing may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. The return authorization form must be included with the return or the return will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping to return the product to the customer. If the (RMA) is returned without proper postage, the customer will be required to pay the postage amount by deducting the postage amount from the (RMA) original order. The (RMA) will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay for return postage to return the unprocessed return. Products marked with NCNR "Non cancelable Non returnable" in the product description are not returnable for credit, repair or replacement. Products that are marked with NCNRNW "Non cancelable Non Returnable Non Warranty" on the order product description are not returnable for credit, repair or replacement. LEDtitan.com will use for a defective product shipped the original shipping cost or the cost to ship the defective product(S) back to LEDtitan.com whichever is lower "Determined at time of return using best way ground shipping cost"

Product Return for Credit Authorization (CA)

Customer has up to 30 days from the order date to return product for credit on the customer’s credit card. No refunds are allowed after 30 days excluding warranty reasons. Customer will receive CA when product has been returned and inspected. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to show up on your credit card due to shipping and processing time.

Product Return for Repair Authorization or Replacement Authorization (RMA)

Each product has the warranty period displayed in the product detailed information page. Warranty begins on the order date. If the customer wishes to return the defective product the customer is required to contact LEDtitan.com via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) for each item. The defective product must be in original unmodified condition and returned with all original packaging and the original invoice/packing slip must be included or the (RMA) will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping. The defective product will only be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product, color and base type. No changes are allowed. The (RMA) is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue. If the receiving date of the returned product is past the 15 days when the (RMA) was issued the (RMA) will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping to return the product back to the customer. Products that are marked with NCNRNW "Non Cancelable Non returnable Non Warranty" on the order are not returnable for credit, repair or replacement. The return authorization form must be included with the return or the return will be refused and the customer will be required to pay for shipping to return the product to the customer. If the (RMA) is returned without proper postage, the customer will be required to pay for postage amount and the (RMA) will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay for return postage to return the unprocessed return. For international order return authorizations the customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility for replacement. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for the (RMA) to be processed due to shipping and processing time. All replacement items assume the remaining warranty of the original product. All replaced items become the property of LEDtitan.com and the replacement becomes the property of the customer.

Upon receiving the returned product, if the customer refuses the shipment the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost. Please make sure the (RMA) authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package so that the order can be processed.

Return authorization orders will only be shipped or returned to domestic addresses. International customers will be required to pay the shipping cost for a non-domestic return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping insurance and delivery tracking/confirmation when returning an return authorization (RMA).

Warranty:

LEDtitan.com will refuse to warranty anything that has been inappropriately installed. Due to technology there can be slight color variances with the LED’s. The LEDs color and the product appearance can slightly change from order to order. LEDtitan.com cannot guarantee that the color or appearance will match the product you originally purchased. LEDtitan.com will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired, LEDtitan.com will replace the product. The new product may differ slightly from the existing product since it is new and manufactured in a new batch of LEDs. LED Lights fade over time. LEDtitan.com will warranty faulty or defective LEDs, LEDs that flash, flicker or are not operating. LEDtitan.com will not replace LEDs that have their light output decreased over time or LEDs that have changed in color or color temperature "Kelvin color rating".

LED Lights that are damaged by a negative voltage or electrical damaged by improper voltage or voltage spike will not be warranted.

LEDtitan.com reserves the right to process the return authorization based on the rules above even if LEDtitan.com issues incorrect (RMA). If LEDtitan.com issues an incorrect (RMA) for products that are labeled on the invoice as NCNR or NCNRNW the product will be returned at the customers expense and no replacement or credit will be issued.

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you hereby agree to pay for the order in full and waive all rights of chargeback.

The actual shipping weight displayed during checkout may not be accurate. Extra shipping weight includes the additional handling costs due to the care needed in packing and shipping LED Lighting. Please make sure that you agree with the total shipping and handling cost before you submit your order.

Payment Methods:

The customer can pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Cashier Check, check, Wire Transfer. Please mail check, cashier check or money order. Please allow up to 21 days if you placed your order by mail, paid with check, cashier check, money order or wire transfer. Your order will be held until your check has cleared.

Paid Back Ordered Products

LEDtitan.com keeps a large inventory of product in stock. Products become backorded for myriad of reasons. A paid back ordered item will be marked on the packing slip when you receive the order showing the item back ordered and the quantity back ordered. The customer has 30 days from the time the backorder items are shipped to return for credit. LEDtitan.com will choose the best shipping method for backorder items. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the back ordered products to be shipped. Customer is responsible for shipping on paid backordered items. Products that are marked NCNR or NCNRNW are not returnable and cannot be canceled.

Special offers Cancelation

LEDtitan.com special shipping and coupon offers subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Refused Orders

Customer may be responsible for a 15% restocking fee on all refused orders. Additional freight charges may apply. No future orders will be shipped until these fees are paid.

Coupons

The maximum allowed percent off amount that the coupon can be used for will be shown in the coupon disclaimer. Only one coupon can be used per order. When returning a partial order for credit and the amount of the remainder order is less than the coupon than the amount that qualifies for the coupon, the coupon will be deducted from your returned credit amount.

Samples

LEDtitan.com cannot provide samples for free or at a discounted rate. LEDtitan.com offers a 30 day trial money back guarantee period if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return it for refund within 30 days of purchase date.

Email reply

All emails received by LEDtitan.com will be answered by one of our representatives as soon as possible.

Non Cancelable Non Returnable (NCNR)

Products that are identified by "Non Cancelable Non Returnable" NCNR can not be canceled for credit or returned for credit. Products that are identified NCNR are products that are on sale, products that are for resale or special ordered products. If LEDtitan.com issues an incorrect (CA) or (RMA) for these products that are labeled on the invoice as NCNR the product will be returned at the customers expense and no replacement or credit will be issued.

Non Cancelable Non Returnable Non Warranty (NCNRNW)

Products that are identified by "Non Cancelable Non Returnable Non Warranty" NCNRNW cannot be canceled for credit, returned for credit, returned for warranty repair or returned for warranty replacement.

Exclusion of liability

 

  • We do not represent, warrant or undertake that access to our website, the Materials or any part thereof will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault free.
  • We do not represent, warrant or undertake to you that our website, the Materials or any content contained therein will be accurate, complete or reliable.
  • We do not represent, warrant or undertake that any services (whether or not provided by us) will be provided with due care and skill.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not due to our negligence) for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damage, or economic loss which we may otherwise have to you as a result of:
    • Any access, use or the inability to access or use website, or reliance on the Materials and/or any information contained therein;
    • Any technical, factual, textual or typographical inaccuracies, errors or omissions on or relating to our website, the Materials or any information contained therein;
    • Any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus;
    • Any delay in providing, or failure to provide or make available, services and/or Materials or any negligent provision of services and/or Materials;
    • Any Materials and/or information not being fit for their intended purpose;
    • Any misrepresentation on or relating to our website, the Materials or the services (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation made by us or on our behalf).
    • Any use of or access to any other website linked to our website. Even if LEDtitan.com or its employees are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses and/or expenses. Any hyperlinks to any other website are not an endorsement or verification of such websites and such websites should only be accessed at the user's own risks. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Venue

The proper venue for any proceeding at law or in equity shall be Ventura County, California. The parties hereto hereby waive any right to object to venue in Ventura County, California.

Collections

THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL INVOICES WITHIN THE AGREED TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IN THE EVENT INVOICES ARE NOT PAID WITHIN THE AGREED TERMS OF THE INVOICE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY INTEREST, CHARGED AT THE RATE OF 1.5% PER MONTH (18% PER YEAR) AND ANY COSTS INCURRED BY LEDTITAN.COM IN COLLECTION OF MONIES DUE INCLUDING COLLECTION FEES, ATTORNEY FEES, COURT COSTS, ETC.

Chargeback

The customer agrees to only file a chargeback within the first 45 days when the order was placed, after 45 days the customer waives their right to a chargeback through their credit card account.

Past due accounts

All shipments will be withheld until the account is brought current, this includes DPS, CA or RMA's or new orders until the customer pay's their past due accounts.

Proof of payment

The customer responsibility to provide proof of payment for their account if requested. If the customer cannot provide proof of payment for a invoice or account the customer is responsible for payment of the invoice in full.

Refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including customers who provide incomplete, inaccurate, or false credit information, upon suspicion of credit card fraud or in any situation where we see fit in order to protect the rights and interest of LEDtitan.com.

No Representations

You acknowledge that neither LEDtitan.com, nor anyone acting on or behalf, has made any representation or statement of fact or opinion to induce the purchase of any goods specified on your invoice.

Separability

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it shall be deemed separable from the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Notification of Changes

This policy is in effect as of January 2010. If we decide to change our policies, we will post those changes on the LEDtitan.com website store policies link so our users are always aware of our store policies.
