Titan LED, Inc. is pleased to offer the following limited warranty for its products. All Titan LED products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years, three (3) years, or a period of two (2) years based on the specific product group. Warranty is limited to replacement of product upon verification of purchase, valid warranty period and proper handling.

Replacement Criteria

In the event that any Titan LED product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship within warranty period, Titan LED, Inc. will replace the product upon meeting the following criteria:
•      Customer contacts original distibutor / place of purchase to verify original purchase date.
•      Customer obtains an RMA number from original distributor / place of purchase.
•      Customer returns defective product to the Titan LED facility designated on the RMA for inspection.
•      Titan LED, Inc. will inspect all returned product for misuse and or damage prior to replacement of product.

Titan LED, Inc. will not replace or issue credit for any product that has been misused, mishandled or improperly installed, as determined by our inspection upon return. Titan LED is not responsible for replace- ment or credit of any Titan LED products once the specified warranty period expires. In the event that a product is misused or damaged by the customer prior to the expiration of the warranty period, Titan LED disclaims all obligations under this Warranty. Warranty is not transferable unless approved, in writing, by Titan LED, Inc. prior to any warranty claim. Any physical damage, changes to the product, or defacing of labels on parts & components voids warranty. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, Titan LED, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Titan LED, Inc. be liable for any other costs or damages, including lost profits, incidental, special or consequential damages.
